- Use the following protocol for notifying Medics of new cases
- Email:
- CC the HV Medic on the email thread that includes the incident report.
- TEAMs Message:
- Send a message to the HV Medic informing them about the new case.
- Include the chart link in the message.
- Mention that they were CC’d on the email.
- Documentation:
- Record that the case was handed off to the medic.
- Note the mode of communication used (email, TEAMs).
- Include any additional relevant details.
